The property is staged and styled, ready for professional photos and opens. All full property styling projects are individually priced after the initial consultation. This service is perfect for vendors not living in the property during the sales campaign.

PARTIAL PROPERTY STYLING

Partial styling of a property incorporates some of the vendor’s existing furnishings with Schwensen & Co supplying additional furniture, accessories, art works, linen and plants to further enhance or freshen up the space and maximise its visual appeal. The property is staged and styled, ready for professional photos and opens. All partial property styling projects are individually priced after the initial consultation. This service is perfect for vendors who will be living in the property during the sales campaign.

PROPERTY STYLING CONSULTATION ONLY

A pre sale property styling consultation involves a visit to the property with a room by room analysis. Verbal advice on the major aspects of property styling will be given. Suggestions on styling, de-cluttering, re-organising space, colour coordination, renovation or repair work, painting, general cleaning, lighting, furniture placement and layout are provided to help you enhance the visual appeal of the property and ensure it is presented at its very best for photos and opens. Pre sale property styling consultations are charged at $200.00 for 2 hours. At an additional cost, Schwensen & Co can also return to style the property prior to the professional photos and also be available to assist the photographer if required.

RENTAL PROPERTY STYLING

A full styling service for vacant rental properties involves Schwensen & Co selecting furniture, accessories, art works, linen and plants on a rental arrangement to create a totally new look best suited to the property and its location. The property is staged and styled, ready for professional photos and opens. All Schwensen & Co display stock is removed when the lease is signed and before the new tenants move in. All full styling of vacant rental property projects are individually priced after the initial consultation.
